Service Commencement and Cancellation Acceptance Cases
The service is considered delivered upon actual commencement of its implementation, and this is considered implicit consent from the client to continue with the service.
In the event that the service is activated and utilization begins, cancellation or refund of the subscription value for the implemented period is not available, whether the service was delivered completely or partially.
However, the client has the right to request cancellation of any future service that has not yet been implemented, in case of a technical reason that prevented them from benefiting from the service before its delivery commenced.
Credit Resulting from Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a future unimplemented service for technical reasons, the subscription value resulting from this cancellation is retained as credit in the client's account for 12 months from the cancellation date.
The client may use this credit during this period to subscribe to any of the available services on the platform.
After the 12-month period expires, the client has the right to submit a request for refund of the remaining unused credit.
Credit Refund Mechanism
The client may request a refund of the remaining credit after the retention period expires, by contacting the customer support team.
Since refund requests are subject to regulatory procedures and financial review, refund processes are not performed automatically, but are handled after review by the specialized teams (technical support and financial management).
